So I ordered a blu starter kit because it seemed to offer the most for the money and it had really good reviews from its users. When I placed the order it stated on the website that it could take up to 2 weeks for orders to be processed but they are usually shipped within 5 days. I was hoping for it to be shipped sooner but willing to wait the 2 weeks. Well 2 weeks goes by, I did the customer service chat, which was a joke. Whoever or whatever just copy and pasted faq's. So I called, and the lady was polite, informed me that she didn't have access to orders once they are placed and could not see where I was on the list. She offered to "escalate" the issue to see if it would ship faster. A week later I get an email stating that it will take an additional 4 to 6 weeks from the date of the email to be processed. Because of the new design of the blu pack it would take longer to process. I am extremely disappointed by this and am now searching for another brand of e cig.
