The primary reason that the NJoy's are not selling is the costs involved. I bought my Janty Dura-C kit with 2 manual batteries, 2 atomizers (batteries warranted as was 1 of the 2 atomizers), a wall charger for the batteries, and a 5-pack cartridge kit. I bought an additional bottle of e-liquid to refill the cartridges after I used the pre-filled ones.
For starters, there is no way that one cartridge equals a pack of analog cigarettes; however, even with that little white one... I can say with certainty that the e-cigarettes and liquid that go into them do not carry the cancer-causing 4000+ tar-infested crap that is in regular analog cigarettes.
I began using the Dura-C on July 7th, 2009. By August 14th (the following month) I went to my doctor for a lupus checkup and my doctor was flabbergasted to no end. I had no smoker's cough, my lungs were clear with no wheezes, no franks, and no crackles. Sure, I spent about 2 weeks or so coughing up what felt like a lung in a highly productive cough with lots of crud but once it all came up the smoker's cough was gone and I could breath easier than I had in 28+ years. I still have no cough. I still have no crackles, no wheezes, no franks, and I can still breath. My sense of taste and smell is much better than it's been in years too. Plus, I can have the e-cig because it is basically giving me the nicotine much as a person who wants caffeine gets from drinking an espresso only the delivery system is different. Mine comes from an e-cigarette whereas a caffeine addict gets their fix from a cup. I am a coffee addict too but I drink decaf and have for many years as caffeine gives me migraines.

I am not a representative for any company. I'm not a car; nobody runs me. I just happen to be a woman who has lupus (SLE type; worst type to have) and Sjogren's disease who was having to come to grips with the fact I may have to give up my cigarettes and become the total b*tch for months because I knew I could never do it as smoking is the last vice I have remaining as my health problems have ensured to take away all the others I loved like rock climbing, diving, hiking, boating, and even driving since I have a retinal eye disease that caused blindness and it is complicated by lupus and Sjogren's. At least with the e-cigs, there is no fire so there is no fear of accidentally dropping a cigarette and catching the carpet on fire. I also don't have a need for an ashtray anymore. I only had one when I did smoke; now I vape... I carried that one ashtray with me all over the livingroom and the kitchen. It is currently sitting in a drawer in case I have someone come over who does smoke but then they go outside unless they are using the e-cigs because now my house doesn't have the cigarette smell in it. My DH is sooooo happy. He hates me smoking but he shut up once he found out how safe the e-cigs are and how much of a difference it's made in my health. He's been with me in the room at my doctor appts and learned first hand how the e-cigs are not causing any problems with my body, in fact it is actually making things better for me with regards to breathing and such.
Warmest wishes to all.

PS: It took me 3 months to save for the $58 I spent at Janty USA for my Dura-C but it was well worth the effort. It's also a darn site better than spending some $60 bucks a week on a carton of cigarettes (analog) and that's at the cigarette house where they are supposed to be cheaper not to mention the fact that I LIVE in tobacco country!
